Dupoto Camps & workshops – Cancellation & Refund Policy

 Effective from May 2025

At Dupoto, our camps are designed to spark growth, connection, and real-world learning. Each place is carefully planned around capacity, staffing, and resources, so when bookings change, it affects the full experience. This policy is here to keep things fair for families and for us, while keeping the focus on delivering a powerful, purposeful camp for every young person who joins.

Cancelling a Booking

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your child’s place at camp, here’s how we handle it:

More than 14 days before camp:

We can refund 50% of the total camp fee.

14 days or fewer before camp:

We won’t be able to issue a refund, as everything will have already been confirmed and resources allocated.

If your child is unwell:

We follow our Health & Sickness Policy for cases related to illness, please refer to that guidance or get in touch.

If Dupoto Cancels

In the rare case that we have to cancel the camp due to an unexpected issue (like extreme weather, a safety concern, or a venue change), we will refund all fees paid in full.

Swapping a Spot

Need to pass your place on to another child? That’s no problem—as long as we receive the request at least two weeks before the camp starts, we’ll do our best to help. An admin fee of AED 100 applies.

How to Request Changes

All cancellations or changes must be emailed to us directly at elfyn@dupoto.com. We’ll use the date of your email to determine what refund or transfer applies.

Emergencies and Unusual Situations

We get it, life throws curveballs. If there’s a genuine emergency, we’ll look at things case-by-case. Supporting documents (like a doctor’s note) may be required for any exception.

By booking a Dupoto Camp, you confirm that you’ve read and accepted this policy.
