They can name their feelings honestlySwamps hold honest words about confidence and what others think, which gives staff a clear and caring place to start.
Ambition is big and comes with a conscienceMammoths include medicine, law, business, design and media, often tied to equality, kindness and human connection.
Family is the bridgeWhere students drew a way across the river, family is what carries them. School could become another bridge.

Dupoto was born from a simple question: what if every student had a map? Too many young people move through school without understanding their strengths, their values or how their experiences connect.

We built a framework rooted in nomadic wisdom, where icons like the Campfire, River and Mammoth turn big ideas into a language anyone can use. It has been trialled and tested with students, teachers, families and business leaders across 15+ countries.

Today Dupoto works with schools, universities, organisations and communities in the UK, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, India, Europe and beyond, and in September 2026 hosted Making Education Relevant with the Nomadic School of Business. Our goal is to become the world's most human development framework.

A six-month project where students, alone or in teams of up to four, choose a real challenge, interview stakeholders, build a solution and present it to external experts. Great for CAS, EPQ, BTEC and university applications.

Before you set off.

What age groups is Dupoto for?

Everyone. Building Character cards suit ages 6 to 11, Legacy Quest suits 11 to 18, and the same framework runs sessions for staff, leaders, parents and corporate teams.

Does it add to teachers' workload?

No. Dupoto sits alongside PSHE, tutor time, careers and pastoral systems you already run, and gives them one shared language.

Do we need training to use the resources?

Staff who deliver Dupoto resources complete Ambassador or Expert training first. Membership is the simplest way to train one teacher for a full year.

How is it priced?

Every school and organisation receives a tailored proposal based on size, programmes and delivery. Members and groups of schools receive preferential rates.

Can you work with a whole group of schools?

Yes. Group-wide partnerships bring every school into one framework while each keeps its own identity, as Shireland's twelve academies do.

In person, hybrid or online, in the UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia, India and 15+ countries. The map above shows where students have mapped with us.

What this website collects

Forms. Our forms don't send anything to us by themselves. They prepare an email, or tell you what to email, and you choose whether to send it from your own email account. If you do, we receive what you wrote, usually your name, email address, organisation and message.
The school check-up and your shortlist. Your answers are saved only in your own browser, on your device, so they're still there when you come back. They're never sent to us automatically. If you send us an enquiry, your shortlist and check-up summary are added to the email, and you can see everything before you send it.
Your language. Your choice of English or Cymraeg is saved in your browser too.
No tracking. This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use your information

We use what you send us to reply to you, to arrange the programmes or services you ask about, and to keep a record of our conversations. If you join the Campfire community or register interest in an event, we use your details to send you the updates you asked for. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Other services this site uses

The fonts on this site load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers. “Book a free call” opens Microsoft Outlook's booking page. Links to LinkedIn, Instagram and the Dupoto Platform (my.dupoto.com) take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and the emails that follow for as long as we need them to work with you, and then delete them. You can clear anything saved in your browser at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email elfyn@dupoto.com and we'll reply within one month. Depending on where you live, data protection law may give you further rights, including the right to complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).

Children and photos

This website is for adults: school leaders, educators, organisations and families. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children through it. If you'd like a photo of you or your child removed from this site, email elfyn@dupoto.com and we will remove it.

Safeguarding

Keeping young people safe.

Dupoto works with schools and with young people. Their safety and wellbeing come first in everything we do.

Our people

Everyone at Dupoto who works with students has appropriate background checks, such as an enhanced DBS check in the UK, and completes safeguarding training.

In schools

When we work with students, a member of the school's staff is always present. If we have any concern about a child, we report it straight away to the school's designated safeguarding lead.

Photos and student work

If you have any concern about a photo or a piece of student work on this website, email elfyn@dupoto.com and we will remove it.

Raising a concern

If a child is in immediate danger, call the police or emergency services. If you're worried about a child's safety, contact the designated safeguarding lead at their school straight away. If your concern is about Dupoto or anyone working with us, email elfyn@dupoto.com.
